Day 287 – In transit to Greece

After checking out of our hotel this morning, we hopped on a shuttle to Sorrento where we did some laundry. At the local laundry mat, we met a wonderful American couple from northern California. We had fun chatting with them as our “dirties” got clean. Next we grabbed a quick bite to eat and hopped on a train to Naples from where we got on yet another train heading to Rome. Once we arrived in Rome, we grabbed dinner and then took a bus to the airport for our AM redeye flight to Greece. We basically spent the entire day in transit.

  1. Only about eleven weeks left. Do you guys keep a countdown like you did before you left?

    • I know… can you believe just how fast time goes? We only have 83 days left (assuming we can afford to “fund” the remaining 2.5 months). We miss you guys!!!
