Day 267 – Lucerne, Switzerland

Ryan and I cannot believe it is October already! Time sure does fly when you are having fun traveling. This morning we departed Zurich and migrated to our next Swiss destination, Lucerne. Our one hour train ride was brief and pleasant. After checking into our hotel located on the edge of the Alps, we headed for the city center where we proceeded to take the guidebook recommended walking tour. Lucerne is absolutely lovely and its location is stunning. The Alps provide a beautiful backdrop to a very charming city.

  1. Ryan fits right in! LOL All he needs is a pair of lederhosen and an Alpine hat!

I’m glad you got to see Lucerne when the flowers were still in bloom. It is, indeed, a charming place!
