Day 195 – London, England

Although it was still a bit gloomy, we had much better weather today as we explored London. We began the day with a visit to Westminster Cathedral. Westminster may not look impressive from the outside but just step inside and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The interior is mostly unfinished but the mosaics that are finished are spectacular (the Cathedral was intentionally left incomplete to allow for contributions by future generations). Later we visited Buckingham Palace, Wellington Arch, Harrods, and Victoria & Albert Museum.

Did you enjoy high tea at Harrod’s?

The museum is beautiful, isn’t it?
