Day 162 – Tokyo, Japan

Today we continued to explore Tokyo’s many facets. After enjoying a delicious bento box lunch on Takeshiba Pier, we headed for Odaiba (an entertainment island of Tokyo). We had a wonderful time visiting the Toyota City Showcase where we saw the latest technologies in action. At Toyota’s Universal Design Showcase we admired the iReal (a personal transport vehicle of the future). We spent the evening in the very trendy Harajuku neighborhood where we witnessed Tokyo’s latest fashion trends.

    The personal transport looks interesting! The one picture actually looks like a laid-back kangaroo! Maybe that’s where they got the idea.

    It’s good to see that Ryan has found Hello Kitty a favorable companion! Ha!
