Day 132 – Udaipur, India

We spent our last day in Udaipur by visiting the City Palace and Jagdish Mandir. The City Palace was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed our guide who was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The City Palace is adorned with stunning glass imported from Belgium and other intricate décor (all very beautiful). After a lovely day of sightseeing, we hopped on an overnight sleeper bus to Mumbai.

The City Palace looks like a mixture of styles, but it’s beautiful. Love the elephants!!!

    • You are so observant aunt Jan. We felt the same way when we visited. The Palace was built in sections by different rulers so that is why it exudes different styles and themes.
