Day 9 – Te Papa Wellington

Throughout my lifetime, I have been to many wonderful museums all over the world but today I have visited the best one yet! The Te Papa Wellington Museum is spectacular. Te Papa (which in Maori means “our land”) features exhibits which are extremely engaging, relevant, and super interesting. Check out the picture I took of Ryan next to a colossal squid, the largest squid known in the world. The Te Papa is filled with such awesome displays (we spent half of the day there). In addition to visiting Te Papa, we continued to explore the city on foot. We got the opportunity to enter and admire an old wooden church (old St. Paul) which was absolutely gorgeous. We concluded the day with dinner at a delicious Indian restaurant (Little India).

  1. What is the most common religion practiced there? I see you visited a beautiful church!
